ROWLANDIANS are encouraged to take initiative and own responsibility from a very young age. The student council in ROWLAND are not just an ornamental student body but are equally responsible for school events and activities along with the teachers.

A sense of entrepreneurship is inculcated from a young age so the student don’t just prepare themselves to ‘work for someone else’, but build something of their own.
